iDEA Foundation has 2 members of staff, 1 of which has access and is responsible for all IT systems, the CTO.

iDEA.org.uk uses SSL and encrypted data storage to protect your data.

iDEA.org.uk is a data controller.

iDEA.org.uk registered with the ICO, registration number ZB044331.

Data collected by using iDEA.org.uk is stored in UK data centres.

Data collected by using iDEA.org.uk is only used to improve user experience or to aid in grant funding applications to prove the user demographic that is being supported. For example the number of users aged between 16-18.

Data collected by using iDEA.org.uk is never sold.

Data collected is never directly shared with any 3rd parties or subcontractors.

Data is backed up nightly and kept for a rolling 14 day period.

Users of iDEA.org.uk can delete their account and all data held via the profile, delete account option.

  • The required data you provided via registration
  • Any additional optional data you provided in your profile
  • Any badge activity that has been started/achieved
  • Any awards that have been achieved

  • Email
  • Postal address (optional)
  • Phone (optional)
  • Communication preferences (optional)
  • Country
  • Information from online forms and feedback completed by you
  • Any other personal information that you choose to send us
