About the role |
We’re looking for an empathetic, proactive Community & Programme Coordinator to join our mission-driven team. You’ll be the vital bridge between our ambitious vision and day-to-day execution. This role directly contributes to our goal of 10 million annual iDEA badge achievements by 2030, helping millions more people gain life-changing skills. You’ll take ownership of key operational tasks including community support, where you’ll be the link between frontline user queries and senior leadership - your insights will directly inform our technology roadmap, content development, and partnership strategy. The role will evolve with you - responsibilities can grow into specialist areas as your interests and our needs align. Our CEO started in a similar role several years ago! |
